Terms & conditions.
These terms govern enrolment in, and delivery of, all training programs, workshops, and courses provided by Miles Capital FZE LLC.
Ten clauses · Last updated on publication
01Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in, attending, or paying for any training program, workshop, or course delivered by Miles Capital FZE LLC ("Miles Capital", "we", "us"), the participant or the organization making the booking ("you") agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Where a separate written agreement or purchase order has been signed for a corporate engagement, that agreement takes precedence to the extent of any conflict with these terms.
02Enrolment & Confirmation
- A booking is treated as a request until it is confirmed by Miles Capital in writing.
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking, after which a confirmation email is issued.
- Places on open-enrolment programs are allocated in the order confirmed bookings are received, subject to available capacity.
- Substituting one participant for another from the same organization is permitted, provided we are notified in writing before the program start date.
03Fees & Payment
- Fees are quoted per participant or per engagement, as stated at the time of booking.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted fees exclude Value Added Tax and any applicable government charges, which will be added where required by law.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted fees exclude travel, accommodation, external venue hire, and third-party examination or certification fees.
- Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Access to a program may be withheld where payment remains outstanding at the program start date.
- Bank charges and currency conversion costs are borne by the payer.
04Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

05Participation & Conduct
- Participants are expected to attend punctually and to engage constructively and respectfully with facilitators and other attendees.
- Miles Capital may decline admission to, or remove a participant from, a program where their conduct is unlawful, unsafe, or materially disruptive. No refund is due in such cases.
- Where a program has stated prerequisites, it is your responsibility to ensure participants meet them.
- Certificates of attendance or completion, where offered, are issued at our discretion and may require a minimum level of attendance or assessment.
- Recording of sessions by participants — audio, video, or screen capture — is not permitted without prior written consent.
06Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during enquiry, enrolment, and delivery is used to administer bookings, deliver programs, issue certificates, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.

07Intellectual Property
All course content, training materials, workbooks, slide decks, assessments, frameworks, and related resources remain the intellectual property of Miles Capital FZE LLC or its licensors.
Materials are provided for the personal use of enrolled participants. They may not be copied, redistributed, published, resold, or used to deliver training to third parties without our prior written consent.
08Liability
Our training programs are provided for professional development purposes. While content is prepared with care, it does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and outcomes depend on how participants and their organizations apply it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a program is limited to the fees actually paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings at any training venue.
09Force Majeure
Miles Capital is not liable for failure or delay in delivering a program caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, government restrictions, utility or telecommunications failure, or venue unavailability. In such cases we will reschedule the program or apply the remedies set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10Governing Law & Amendments
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, including the regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
